The prayers below can be used when you are sending out your thoughts.
Prayer for Others
Holy Spirit, I ask for healing to go out to all those on my healing list, and to those in need. Surround them with your healing balm, and let them feel your love and peace. I ask for a special blessing for… (name of loved ones). Amen
Prayer for Yourself
Holy Spirit I ask for healing from the spirit, To relive me from pain and illness, And please grant me good health for the future. May I become aware of your guidance and inspiration, To help me overcome adversity, And give me the strength to cope with each day. I ask for peace and understanding, and to be surrounded by love. Amen
