Mediumship and Beyond

Out come all the astrologers and psychics, and anyone who thinks this latest in a long line of royal weddings, is going to give them their five minutes of fame.

Already there are those who are comparing William and Catherine to Diana And Charles.  Understandable to a certain extent. But, they are different people. And, choose how much the tabloid sun sign astro folk want us to believe, every one in twelve of us is not the same person.

William is born of royal parents but he had different lineage to his father. Catherine has totally different family altogether. They both have very different horoscopes, birth charts, which are unique to themselves, not anyone else.

Together they make yet another chart. They still make their own future. It is calved out with the help and assistance of the aspects in both their charts. They also have to learn to overcome certain stubborn aspects too.  We all do.

It is this working things out together and loving each other which will decide their future together. Not what it tells us in the tabloids. They, like us, have free will. And I feel Diana showed her son how to use his. What will be, is how they make it.  I wish them well.

Clairsentience is often your very first sign that your sixth sense is developing. It is the gift of sensing and smelling and feeling emotions and more.

Sometimes it can even be the sense of the pain which a spirit felt during their earthly life, and maybe at their time of transition, from the earthly life to the higher side of life.

Clairsentience is when you get a sense of smell which does not come through the physical nose. It is an acute awareness of a smell that no one else, without this gift, seems to be aware of.

It may be the scent which a spirit used when they were on this earth plane and therefore a good piece of proof. If the medium told the sitter that they were aware of a lady smelling of ‘Estee Lauder perfume’, for example, this maybe how the sitter remembers this spirit. Therefore, good proof of survival of the spirit.

Emotions, which the spirit went through, especially just prior to their physical passing, can be relayed by the medium who uses this gift to the full. There may be laughter and joy as well as sadness. Sometimes the medium may pick up all the feelings and emotions of a ‘dying person’ and relay them them to the sitter. All by means of this particular psychic gift.

When a medium uses this gift, it brings into play so much more of a message, which can be given to a sitter. A combination of Clairaudience, clairsentience and clairvoyance is what the developer of the sixth sense should aspire to. This combination can bring forth excellent proof of survival of the spirit after so called death of the earthly body.

Clairsentience is often considered to be paranormal or supernatural, but I believe it is just an extension of our natural senses. With time and dedication, you too could develop this psychic gift.

Well, a good medium can read almost anything really.  There are some who prefer to use their gift of clairvoyance, clairaudience, clairsentience, in a straight forward manner.  Others like to spread their wings and use various tools as focal points.

Most items hold vibrations which can be read psychically, so therefore objects can easily be read.  There are others, like myself, who work with colour and like to read ribbons and colours.

Mediums who are very tactile like to read stones because they are very nice to hold and some are very colourful too. They give me great inspiration.

Flowers are a joy to read as they are living things full of vibrations and again, colour.  A lot of information can be gleaned from a sitters flowers.

In my humble opinion, the answer is yes. Mediums can read anything and everything!

I bet there are many of you who have never experienced Psychic Art or Aura Graphs!  There are other special gifts which some mediums have spent years developing, so that they can give you yet more proof of life after death.

Psychic Art is a gift that allows the medium’s guide to control the medium’s hand and draw a picture of a spirit. One that a person in the room will recognise. Usually, whilst this is being drawn, clairvoyance is given, either by the artist or by another medium.  It is a wonderful gift, and one worth developing the time to, if it is bestowed on you.

Some mediums see the aura and draw wonderful Aura-grams. I have seen them done as beautiful pictures or as colours around a body. Both look wonderful to me. Of course both are given clairvoyance at the same time.

Don’t be too ready to leap out of the development circle. Only spirit knows what gives we have the potential to develop. The longer we spend developing, the more likely we are to find out.

It is my belief that we are all Spirit and all come from the Spirit World.

From the first moment of our earthly conception, we are joined by a ‘guide’, or you may prefer to think of it as a guardian angel. This ‘guide’ stays with us throughout our earthly existence and helps guide us through the cycles of learning which we have chosen to undertake.

The angel is usually referred to as a ‘guide’.  They are also know as the  Door Keeper or Gate Keeper. This meaning that they look after you and don’t allow anyone access unless they know it is safe.  They keep us safe. It is their job to guide us and ensure safety of our spirit.

In life you will realise that the lessons we have to learn will keep coming around again and again. If we do not deal with a particular problem in the correct way, to solve it instead of muddle through it, then it will return again in some other form.

The cycle does not break until you have learned the lesson properly and can prevent the same thing happening again. Our angel will try to inspire us to do the right thing. If we choose to ignore the inspiration of the guide, it is at our own folly.

A typical example of this would be: you get into a financial mess by taking a quick route, maybe by robbing Peter to pay Paul. Sooner or later, things catch up with you again and this time it is worse still. You borrow money to throw at the problem and it is just a waste as things get progressively worse.

Finally, the angel inspiration gets through to you and makes you realise your habits must change. You take a long hard look at your budget and see that you have far too many out-goings that do not correlate to the in-comings. You get a financial adviser to sort out your mess and explain to you the best way to go forward.

The cycle is then broken at last. The lesson learned. Your life is in better order and you can concentrate on other lessons.  Thank Spirit for your guardian angel.  Your spirit is evolving!

I have often been asked how I receive the communications that I have from the spirit world.  The spirits use me as a sort of go between.  This is not unlike being a translator between the spirit entity and the person for whom the sitting is being given.

I am clairvoyant, and therefore, I get most of my  messages in picture form. Spirits flash the image of a person, event, or building etc into my head and it is a bit like watching a TV inside my brow.  The images do not stay for long and I would expect that most mediums miss a lot of the information as it comes and goes so quickly, but whilst it lasts it is very clear.

I also hear voices.  This comes fleetingly as though someone is talking in my head, and again I have to be alert so that I do not miss it. Sometimes it comes as more of a thought into my head. It is not like hearing through my ears. That is objective and mine is subjective.

The other sense at work with me is clairsentience. This helps me pick up the feelings and emotions being given to me. I also feel the ‘sense’ of pain, which is often to do with the spirits ailments or the pains felt around the time of passing over to the higher side of life.  It is not the same as enduring the actual pains, thankfully,  but just the sense of it. It might be that I fleetingly get a sense of pain in my chest, if the spirit passed with heart problems. The sense of pain in and around the lungs, or the urge to cough, has an obvious meaning too. Or even the sense of not being able to swallow.

Ultimately, all the pictures, thoughts, words, and emotions, have to be put together as if it were a jigsaw puzzle.  This again is not easy,  but it has to be given  in a way which the sitter will understand.

Sometimes, the spirit may use symbolic signs and this involves using my own knowledge, as it has to be a symbol which I understand, in order to give it to my sitter.

Maybe this explanation will help you understand why it is important that the sitter speaks as little as possible. Apart from yes and no, anything else will interfere with the medium’s flow of information and the collating of it. It a great partnership with the sitter, the medium, the spirit world, and last but not least, the medium’s spirit guide, who helps it all happen.

I often feel quite elated when really good information comes through. I also often feel bewildered whilst trying to keep up with the information.  It is a partnership which has taken over 28 years of hard work. During which time my guide and I have developed a strong bond and a preference for working with colour.  Worth every minute of it in my humble opinion.

Spring is in the air and hopefully the weather will start to show it too.  Spring is a time for  renewal and a time for looking forward too. This is also a time when our church celebrates by having a Spring Psychic Fair.

For those of you who don’t know just what a psychic fair is: it is an event where there are lots of mediums gathering together to give taster readings to church members and the public too.

At the Whitham Road Church in Sheffield on Saturday 2nd April at 11-4pm, the mediums will be using, clairvoyance,  Angel Cards, Tarot Cards,  The Crystal Ball, Ribbons and Colour – for giving readings.  For which there will be a modest fee, as this is a church fund raising event.

There are SNU Spiritual Healers from the churches regular healing group. There will also be taster sessions of Reiki Healing which I know you will find very relaxing and therapeutic. The healers and Reiki ladies are very good and gifted people.

There will also be stalls selling  – New Age Gifts – and Second hand books will be available for sale too. There will of course be refreshments.

This is a very popular event and therefore the church committee has decided to run more of the fairs throughout the year.  There will be lots of committee and mediums on hand to answer all your questions.

If you have problems parking, there is a car park on the opposite side of the road a little higher up from the church. It is only 20p per hour to park there. Do give it a try. We are also on a really good, frequent bus route which services all the major hospitals.

At Whitham Road, Sheffield, Yorkshire, church tonight, there is an excellent medium giving a special evening of clairvoyance. The mediums name is Ann Luck and she is the president of the ISF – International Spiritualist Federation.

This is a good book both easy to read and to understand. It is about scientific experiments which are designed to prove once and for all that the consciousness survives physical death.

The scientists seek the help of famous mediums to help conduct the experiments under strict laboratory conditions. John Edward and Suzane Northrup being two of the most well known of them in the USA.

The mediums give readings to numerous sitters, whose identity is kept secret until after the experiments are over. They are shocked, surprised, and often brought to tears by the revelations.

I found reading the transcripts of the sittings very interesting, but it did leave me feeling that British mediums seek stronger evidence to prove survival than American mediums and that they are harder on themselves, often seeking perfection from their readings.
