The short answer to this question is yes. There is far more to it though. It should be added that any positive thought can help a person. It is the negatives that bring us down.
Of course the main thing to say here is that you should never just have spiritual healing. You should always see your doctor in times of illness and pain. Spiritual healing is a always a supplement to conventional medics.
A healer who promises a cure is not telling you the truth and should be avoided at all costs. No healer can promise to make you better. Not even a medic would promise you that.
Having said all that, healing can be a great source of help and comfort. There are many stories among healers and the public about the wonderful results healing has brought about.
Two years ago I was very ill, and although I needed doctors and surgeons I still had healing from my spiritual healer. I found it very comforting. And, when I felt most down and alone in my illness, it was spirit that gave me the proof that my healing was working. It was a wonderful spiritual moment.
Some ask for healing for loved ones, but if the loved one then passes to spirit, they think the healing hasn’t worked. This is not true either.
Healing can bring relief from pain and sleeplessness. It can help you to relax and to stop feeling afraid. Sometimes it can help to ease things whilst your medication cures you. In whatever way it works it is truly of benefit.
Sometimes the patient passes to spirit, but their final moments may be less fraught and painless thanks to the healing they have received. If their time on earth is over they have to go, it is a fact of life.
The healing helps when a person is taking their transition to the higher side of life. It keeps them calmer and helps them and their relatives. If you ask for prayers and absent healing to be sent to them it DOES make a difference.
Healing will not stop them passing over but it will ease their way and their journey. It will also have a profound effect on the relatives, if their loved one is in less pain as they are passing.
If you need a healer you can find one through your local spiritualist church. Or you can look at the SNU website. The SNU has a list of qualified healers.
