About the Crystal Ball

crystal ball – noun  a solid globe of glass or rock crystal, used for crystal-gazing. Oxford English Dictionary

Crystal balls seem to conjure up the image of a fortune teller, complete with headscarf and dangly earings, in the minds of most people.  Ask anyone you know and I suspect that is what they will say.  Fairgrounds and gypsies spring to the mind too. Gypsies I understand are particularly good with the crystal.

I have known psychics who have used the crystal in the past, but most of the modern day mediums do not. It seems to be a lost art. Although to my understanding, no images are actually seen inside the crystal ball.

Like most toolsemployed by psychics in their quest of other worldy information, they are used as focal points to help the reader concentrate on the subject. It is not cheating or anything like that. It is merely a helpful tool.

The psychic will gaze into the ball and ask in their mind for information. The information will appear in the third eye, which is located in the centre of the brow, and is one of the psychic centres which I discuss in my development books and courses.

It is not a physical or tangible thing. Whilst the reader gazes into the ball it will appear as though the images are actually in there. When in fact it is like viewing images on a screen in your forehead.

I use many such tools as focal points to help my students learn to concentrate on the psychic information which their guides bring to them. It also helps the reader to relax and to ignore what is going on around them.

Cards, ribbons, flowers, feathers and stones, are all useful tools for the medium and especially the novice mediums.
