Private readings or sittings are really consultations. They are all phrases for the same sort of thing. I say same sort, as they can differ from medium to medium or psychic to psychic. Just how they work is always a personal thing.
With me, a consultation can be a ribbon and colour reading, a flower reading, a stone reading, or straight forward mediumship. You can bring along a photo or article for me to tune into if you like.
Whatever kind of reading you ask me for, you will always get a reading from spirit too. I am a medium and my aim is to prove life after death to you. I do this by passing on communication from your loved ones in the spirit world.
In a nice intimate sitting it is highly likely that spirit will come through and pass on their memories and also their advice. They still love you and always will, so they watch over you and from time to time they want to come and uplift you. They still like to get involved with you when they can.
Before a reading it always helps to speak to your spirit loved ones and ask them to draw close to you when you go for your reading. They will try their best to, but they cannot promise to be there. Sometimes they have to send messages via another loved one. But they will get to your sitting if they can.
Thoughts are truly living things, and therefore whatever thoughts you send out to your loved ones in the spirit world will be registered. Send love and it will come back to you big time. Kind thoughts and loving wishes are never wasted.
