If you have been watching the I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here after show, later in the evening, you may have seen the psychic.
They have an Australian lady psychic who has been given the celebrities photos and asked for her opinions about each one.
She seems to do a great job but I cannot help but think, she may have known who they all were, even if she had to go on the Internet and look at the guest list. There is such a lot of info about them on the net just now, that it can only be those who don’t use it, who know nothing about the celebs.
I may be doing her an injustice and if she knows nothing about the celebs before hand then she is very good. But, as I always tell you, use your own common sense and intelligence to figure out whats happening.
The only way a psychic can be truly impartial is if she/he knows nothing about their subject/person. That way their own thoughts and knowledge cannot get in the way.
I am just as strict with myself. I do not want to know anything about a person, or their circumstances before I read for them. That way I know, as well as my sitter, that it all comes from spirit!

In today’s paper, there are letters from people, to the advice column, about fortune tellers and fortune telling. If you read it you will perhaps be alarmed at the tales told by would be seekers of the future.
What alarms me is that people are so gullible that they will pay almost anything to be told their problems will go away or some other future events. Maybe they want to know if a new partner is coming, or if they will marry or win the lottery.
No one can tell you these things! The reason is that whatever you go out and do or say, directly after your ‘reading’, could well change any future events. Only you live your life. No one else can change it. You have the last say in it, not any fortune teller.
This particular reader had written in to say that a clairvoyant had told her, at great cost to the sitter, that if she stayed with her current boyfriend and had a baby with him, it would not survive. The woman was too scared to ask if she meant the baby or the boyfriend. She fled and lived in fear. She married the boyfriend, had a child, who is now a healthy 20 years old.
Clairvoyants, we are then told by the columnist, cynical people who are in it for the money! Hold on here……………………. Granted, there are a lot of charlatans but some are genuine.
I personally ask no questions of my sitters. I never tell them anything which would worry them. I do not pretend I can tell the future, as I believe no one can. What I do is to help their loved ones in the spirit world, to communicate with them, and let them know they are not alone. I give them upliftment not worries!
If the spirits offer advice I will pass it on, but only if the spirit goes on to prove who they are, and that the loved one trusts them.
Some psychics charge the earth for a sitting. Others are more fair. The phone psychics seem to charge the most, and I find it remarkable that someone would want such a personal reading via a phone, and paying by the minute. They must have money to burn.
Please remember my regular advice. Go to someone recommended to you by a friend or colleague. Never pay more than you can afford. Never tell them anything until AFTER your reading is over. Just say yes, no, or, I don’t understand.
Remember too that ‘clairvoyants’ use their psychic senses to see things that natural senses cannot. Clairaudients hear things the normal senses cannot. ‘Clair’ just means clear and in this instance it refers to psychic senses only.
Just because someone says they are clairvoyant, does not mean they can see spirits. But, a clairvoyant medium can see spirits. A clairaudient medium can hear spirits. Please remember the difference and it will help you.
Even the spirits can only tell you about how thins stand at the time. They are not allowed to tell you the future. if we all knew our futures, it would impinge on our lives and the way we live them. That would accomplish little on our pathway to enlightenment.
Take care and beware. Always use your own common sense and intelligence and don’t be fleeced by someone telling you nothing.

In fact, not just numbers but numerology too. Here is Wikipedias definition:

I have to admit that numbers fascinate me. There seem to be so may coincidences where certain numbers are prominent in my life.
27 is one such number. Numerology adds this number up to a 9. My husband and 2 of our sons were born on the 27th (9). Our other son was born on the 18th (9)!
My name adds up to 7, if you use the numerology method, and I was born on the 7th, and one of 7 children.
The homes we have been happy in are either number 5, or in numerology add up to 5, as in 14 = 5 or 32. A childhood home added up to 9.
So my numbers are all odd numbers. Numbers 5, 7, and 9 are all important to me. What are your numbers? To find out you need to keep adding the numbers together until you come down to just 1 figure and that is your number.
For letters of the alphabet: a=1, b=2, and so on until z which equals 26 = 8. Add them together again until there is a single number.

My friend made meaware of a website which is for empaths. He asked me for my opinion so I have visited the site several times now.
People write into the site admitting “I Am An Empath”!
Exactly what an emapth is or does it quite wide ranging. It also varies a lot from one to another. They seem to have empathetic feelings for others. They get very emotional when others are upset. They sense the imminent death of loved ones and close friends.
Some pick up bad feelings when there have been arguments around. if they visit a home where there is bad feeling, they feel it too. They sense when a place is not good for them.
Others tell of the senses they have for the uses and need of healing. They can tell someone is in need and so they send out healing thoughts and prayers. They also sense another when they are in the presence of another empath.
Is it not true that all these qualities are mediumistic. Are these people mediumistic and do not want to use the word medium to describe themselves. Or is it that they have all these senses but cannot talk to the dead. Is that the only difference between them and me?

Next weekend I am off to a psychic seminar. It will be four days and evenings filled with all the things I like. Not bad eh!
I am going with friends to the sea side. We will join a whole group of like minded people all interested in learning new ways or improved ways of working with spirit.
I love these events, because however well developed you are, or however long you have been working as a medium, there is always someone you can learn from.
That is what being a medium is about. Learning and improving the way you give your mediumship all the time. You have never finished developing. You will have been learning before you came to this earthly plane and will carry on learning once you get back there.
The weekend promises work on different levels of conciousness, as well as mediumship and healing. When I get back I will tell you all about the exercises we have done. And I am sure we will have made new friends too.

I have been watching ‘I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here’. I find it fun to watch ‘celebs’ vying for popularity in order to upgrade their celebrity status.
As for the guests themselves, I find most of them very pathetic. With the odd exception. How sad that their self esteem is so lacking that they find it necessary to put them selves through such horrors.
As a viewer I find it quite entertaining, but I wonder if the celebs realise that most of us watch to see how much of a fool they are willing to let themselves be, in their pursuit of fame.
The chef, Gino D’Acampo, and the long time famous George Hamilton, seem to me to be the only ones with a good ego. The others, especially Jordan, are quite pathetic.
Whilst Gino and George are lapping up the experience, the others have their own agenda. Jordan being the most blatantly obvious. She leaves a lot to be desired as a person. In my humble opinion, anyone going off to Australia for a jolly whilst their child is ill in hospital, is totally selfish. She obviously does not realise that what you sow is what you reap.
We all have to answer for good and bad deeds when we get home to the spirit world. I wonder if she knew this, if it would change the way she lives her life. She seems to be oblivious to the fact that people are voting for her to do all the stunts because they disapprove of her.
How strange that she thinks they (the public) are out of order! Hopefully she will learn whilst she is in there! In the meantime we will all watch ans wait to see just how much she is prepared to lose.

How do you determine if you have psychic abilities and if so what they are. It is not easy.
There are psychic teachers everywhere, offering all sorts of courses and workshops and circles. You can also buy books, CDs and tapes, but there is no ideal for determining their quality. It can be very confusing.
In my opinion you should use your own common sense and instincts. You should also get some information from those who have already tasted development. Maybe a recommendation of a good teacher too, as that is the most important.
You need a teacher who is selfless and will not be jealous of any student who shows great promise. Believe me, there is a lot of jealousy in the spiritualist and psychic movement. Some are afraid of anyone overshadowing their abilities! I find this incredible and a little sad.
Psychic senses are not plain gifts, they are natural God given abilities. If a lot underused and under valued, you have these senses, but they may need awakening. And for this you may need help.
Mediumship is different from psychic, in that you have to develop your psychic abilities in order to communicate with the spirits, but most psychics are psychic and not mediums. I hope this is clear. We are all born psychic but few are born mediums.
The first step on your journey of development and enlightenment must be COMMITMENT! A commitment to yourself and to spirit as well as to your spiritual teacher.
If you are unwilling to commit, then leave well alone. It is a long, if wonderful, journey and you need to be committed.
Keep an open mind always and try not to have preconceptions about any of it along your pathway.

As I have said many times on my blog, we all have the ability to be psychic we just have to learn to recognise it and develop the gift.
Some will recognise it as instinct, some as coincidence. It really is the sixth sense, as mentioned in the Bruce Willis blockbuster of the same name.
The sixth sense can remain a psychic gift, but in some it can develop into mediumship, which is a greater gift and much more useful for helping people who want life after death proof.
I have developed my own system for development and I shre it with those who ask for help or who come to my workshops and classes for development and awareness.
You may find a good development circle near you. You can ask at your local spiritualist church to start with. Asking friends and colleagues to recommend one is always a good thing.

A psychic is a person who professes to have an ability to perceive information which is hidden from the normal senses. Or in fact said by others to be able to do this.
Psychic is also often used to cover such stage performers who may use trickery, illusion and cold reading.
There are lots of people who are confused about what is psychic and what is not. Herein lies the problem. There is huge business for some who have no qualms about how they earn there money.
Psychics can be very entertaining and are not taken as seriously as mediums. This is because mediums speak to the dead and psychic cannot. The general public are not aware of this major difference.
Fortune telling has a bad name and rightly so. Having your fortune told can lead to you changing the way you normally deal with things on a day to day level and this is not right. There are lots of psychics who say there will be a certain outcome to your problems, only to be proved wrong. Often with disastrous results.
Always consider everything a psychic tells you, but never live your life by it.
The difference with a mediums information is that it comes via your loved ones in the spirit world. Your loved ones are trying to help you and if you could trust them when they were earthly, you can trust them even now.
Live your life in the knowledge that everything you do counts. Don’t expect a psychic to be able to tell you the lottery numbers or when you will meet a millionaire. Use your common sense at all times.
Above all don’t spend more than you can afford consulting them.
