If you have decided you would like to visit a medium for a private consultation, there are certain things to consider. Here are a few.
Fist and foremost, what is the main reason for your interest in having a reading. Do you want proof your loved ones are still around, as in life after death proof.
If it is fortune telling you want, then a medium will not give it. It is a mediums job to prove life after death, not prove the future. Any one thing you do can change your whole future, so there is really no point in anyone telling you what think is to come into your life. It cannot be proven.
Tarot cards are the only things that are presumed to give an insight into your future, but just an insight. So, maybe if that’s what you are after, the cards are for you.
If you want life after death proof of existence, a medium is needed. A medium can give a straight reading. By straight, I mean without using any focal point or without holding anything. Just acting as go between. Go between you and spirit loved ones.
It is though, a little more interesting, when a medium uses other techniques. These include flower reading, psychometry, stones and, my favourite, ribbon readings. Although ribbons are really colour readings. You can also read coloured flowers, sticks feathers, or anything really.
Some, like myself, will offer you a range and ask you to pick your favourite. Always go with your instincts. Suffice it to say that spirit will make sure they impress upon you, the best reading for you at the time.
